Ricoh PJ WXL4540 Short Throw Projector Review - Warranty

The Ricoh comes with a 3-Year Advanced Depot Exchange Warranty.  This means in case of failure Ricoh support will attempt to diagnose and resolve technical defects via telephone. If Ricoh Support determines that the repair cannot be accomplished over the telephone, a like replacement product (i.e., new or refurbished unit) will be shipped at no charge within 24 hours. The original unit must then be returned in accordance with the instructions provided inside the replacement product carton.

This is a better than average warranty for this class of projector.
