The NEC NP-V332W has a 2 year parts and labor warranty for the projector itself while the lamp carries a 1 year or 500 hour (whichever comes first) warranty.  Warranty service may be handled through your NEC dealer or directly with NEC.  In the event the projector needs to be returned for warranty service, the owner is responsible the shipping charges to get the projector to NEC, or an authorized service center.  NEC provides an toll free phone number and returns must be authorized in advance by NEC.
