HITACHI CP-TW2503 PROJECTOR - Warranty

Hitachi provides a longer than average 3 years parts and labor warranty on the CP-TW2503 and optional, extra cost, service plans are available to cover years 4 and 5. The lamp is only covered for 90 day or 250 hours of use. If warranty repair is needed the projector must be shipped back to Hitachi (a toll free phone number is provided to obtain the return authorization and instructions). The projector owner must pay the shipping charges to return the projector.

While the duration of the warranty is excellent, the lack of a quick replacement program, as offered by some other manufacturers, is a limitation of Hitachi's warranty program.
