Epson Home 20 Projector - Warranty

It doesn't get any better than this, at least for an entry level projector. Epson's published warranty is 2 years parts and labor. Most entry level projectors have a one year warranty.

In addition, Epson provides an overnight replacement program, called Epson Extra Care Road service. They will replace a broken unit under warranty by overnight service. You simply send your broken Home 20 back in the box that brings your replacement. (Like all companies with such programs, they will require a credit card before shipping out the replacement, to make sure you send yours back promptly!

Epson, over the years, I must note, has built a reputation for excellent support.
