Canon Canon LV-8310 Projector - Warranty

Canon’s warranty coverage for the LV-8310 is fairly standard for the industry, with 3 years parts and labor on the projector, except for the lamp, which is covered by a 120-day warranty.  However, unlike some of the competition, Canon does not have an express service or temporary replacement plan for the LV-8310 (it should be noted that they do have an express service for other projectors in their lineup).   Warranty service is obtained by either making an online request or calling a toll-free number for their customer support center.  One nice thing about their support is that it is entirely U.S.-based and promises very fast response time.  Overall, it’s decent warranty coverage for its class, although some competitors offer more comprehensive plans.
