This document includes information about special features and other factors to consider when you're reading our 2014-2015 Classroom Projector Report: The Best School Projectors, or just shopping for education projectors in general.

NOTE: Many of the features we will discuss are relatively new, some are ancient, but are of particular interest for projectors in an education environment.  Examples of those would be:

  • New:  BYOD, apps
  • Not so new:  Ultra-short throw projectors, media players
  • Ancient:  Big sound built in, VGA output
